Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager develops relationships with insurance brokers to deliver benefit education and communication, ultimately selling Chubb Workplace Benefits’ supplemental products to their client base. This role involves prospecting for new broker relationships, strengthening existing connections, and managing re-enrollment processes while adding new products to employer groups. The position requires aligning products and services with client needs and working with underwriting to evaluate and propose rates for voluntary and worksite business.
