Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager within Growth Sectors, you will play a key role in bringing BNZ’s Growth Sectors strategy to life by identifying and progressing opportunities that create meaningful value for BNZ and its customers. Working alongside Growth Sectors leaders and relationship bankers, you will connect people, ideas, and opportunities to originate, develop, and execute initiatives that support the growth of New Zealand businesses. This role requires strong relationship management, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking to drive business development and embed new strategies across the Bank.
