The role supports the Asset Finance strategy within the Retail and SME segment of the bank, reporting to the Head – Asset Finance. It focuses on sourcing and developing new asset finance relationships to achieve revenue and balance sheet targets while maintaining portfolio quality. The position involves working closely with dealer partners, branch relationship managers, credit and trade teams to drive product uptake and ensure compliance with bank policies.
