About this role

This 12-month contract role supports the promotion, education, and sales of Sun Life insurance products to independent advisors within the Independent Insurance Distribution team. The position focuses on engaging new advisors, increasing productivity for existing partners, and providing product training and case support to help place new business. Key activities include strategic prospecting, managing outbound campaigns, and collaborating with Regional Sales Directors to develop tactical sales plans.

Responsibilities

Strategically prospect new advisors to increase sales and expand product shelf.
Provide life and health product training and case support to independent advisors.
Collaborate with Regional Directors to develop tactical sales plans for regions.
Manage outbound contact campaigns to raise team awareness and generate leads.
Maintain accurate activities and opportunities within the SalesForce CRM system.
