Business Development Representative

This role focuses on driving new commercial opportunities for ACI Learning's cybersecurity, IT, and audit training solutions through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. The position involves building target lists, running multi-channel outreach, and handing off qualified leads to Account Executives while also closing smaller deals independently. The ideal candidate will manage their own pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and messaging.
