Business Development Representative

This role focuses on generating new business and building long-term referral relationships across mitigation, HVAC, plumbing, and reconstruction services. The Business Development Representative will spend their time developing connections with insurance professionals, property managers, commercial property owners, and other referral partners. The position involves conducting in-person sales visits, maintaining a consistent schedule of calls and follow-ups, and turning professional relationships into consistent business opportunities.
