Business Development Representative

Under the direction of the Director of Business Development, this role develops business partnerships to generate hospice admissions growth through effective sales contacts, in-person calls, and presentations. The position serves as the agency staff liaison with physicians, facilities, healthcare professionals, and community referral sources to drive referral growth in an assigned territory. Responsibilities include meeting monthly admissions goals, developing territory plans, and maintaining professional knowledge of provider services. The role also involves educating the healthcare community about hospice programs and maintaining customer and competitor profiles using CRM software.
