Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative provides on-site support to PEGs and community groups through visits, calls, and correspondence, ensuring representatives are equipped with necessary materials. The role involves educating members about BMI FCU products and services, maintaining CRM data, and collaborating with the Financial Education Specialist to address financial wellness needs. Additionally, the position assists in planning community events, preparing reports, and serving as a liaison between the credit union and PEGs to resolve issues and drive membership growth.
