This role is responsible for generating and managing leads in primary referral hospitals to ensure a smooth discharge process for patients transitioning to a CSC home. The position involves developing strong relationships with key referral hospital personnel and identifying new opportunities to increase market presence and advance growth. The specialist will conduct clinical assessments, coordinate admissions, and maintain strategic physician relationships to meet quality mix and census goals.
