Business Information Security Officer

The Business Information Security Officer (BISO) at WSFS Bank is a senior security leader reporting to the CISO and serving as the CISO’s second-in-command. The role acts as a strategic liaison between business divisions and Information Security & Technology, providing leadership continuity and aligning enterprise security strategy with business objectives. The position also focuses on developing enterprise security expertise and preparing for future senior leadership responsibilities.
