The position requires fluency in Dutch, French, and English, along with strong organizational and analytical skills to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate marketing materials, digital campaigns, and social media activities
Manage daily pricing, bids, and tender activities across the Benelux region
Maintain accurate pricing, contract, and customer master data in SAP and Salesforce
Draft, review, and distribute internal and external business communications
Support compliance requirements for commercial and educational events
