About this role

This role is a three-year leadership development program for internal employees, summer interns, and summer students to gain experience in business insights and analytics. Participants rotate through various functions including business performance analytics, data engineering, business insights delivery, data management, and decision science. The program combines hands-on experience with a robust curriculum, formal mentoring, and networking opportunities to prepare candidates for dynamic careers in insurance analytics.

Responsibilities

Profile data and draw business inferences for target audiences
Manipulate raw data sets into information fit for analysis
Develop, automate, and prepare reports and dashboards
Facilitate data governance meetings and monitor data quality
Test data movement, transformation code, and data components

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEMMaster's degree in STEMGPA of 3.0 or greater
