About this role

The Business Insights and Strategy Manager at M-KOPA is responsible for leading portfolio analytics and strategic credit evaluation within the Credit Risk & Analytics team. This role combines data science and business strategy to analyze credit performance, influence risk appetite, and drive the growth of M-KOPA's consumer finance portfolio. Utilizing SQL, Python, R, and BI visualization tools, the manager translates complex credit data into executive insights while managing projects that evaluate business proposals and improve credit performance. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.
