About this role

The Hilb Group is seeking a Business Integration, Process and Conversion Advisor to provide ongoing support for transportation accounts using the Employee Navigator platform. This remote role involves troubleshooting benefit enrollments, managing system configurations, and collaborating with Account Managers to ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate documentation while adapting to shifting priorities within the benefits technology environment.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing support to clients and brokers via the Employee Navigator platform
Troubleshoot benefit enrollments and user access issues for transportation accounts
Maintain accurate documentation of support activity and case updates
Assist with benefit platform configuration including plan setup and eligibility rules
Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services
