Quantum Sky is seeking a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to serve as the functional link between operational stakeholders and technical engineering teams for the Defense Health Agency's E-Commerce Operational Systems Support contract. The role involves analyzing and documenting business and system requirements, conducting gap analyses, and supporting user acceptance testing across various financial and data warehouse reporting repositories. This position requires translating federal statutory mandates into system requirements and maintaining end-to-end traceability for enterprise IT systems.
