Business Intelligence Manager, Customer Insights

The Business Intelligence Manager leads a team of BI analysts to maintain and develop analytics dashboards and views that support patient access and reimbursement programs for specialty drugs. The role partners with clients, account management, and operations to deliver insights that inform program design and business decisions. It is part of the Insights & Analytics organization and focuses on ensuring reporting solutions meet both internal and external stakeholder needs.
