This role involves partnering with portfolio managers and trading leaders to understand strategies and identify opportunities to grow or protect trading P&L. The position requires developing and evaluating initiatives involving new markets, products, and commercial partnerships while creating fact-based business cases. It also entails serving as a senior thought partner to leadership, negotiating with external counterparties, and leading complex cross-functional initiatives to improve internal processes and operating standards.
