The Business Office Director serves as the financial backbone of a luxury senior living community, ensuring timely and accurate accounts payable, accounts receivable, and resident billing. This role involves owning month-end close tasks, delivering clear reports to leadership, and supporting payroll and onboarding processes. The position requires acting as a community business partner by communicating with residents, leaders, and vendors, and participating as Manager on Duty as needed.
