Ozanam Hall of Queens Nursing home is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to provide leadership and oversight of the facility's revenue cycle, Medicaid, billing, payer management, census reconciliation, collections, and resident trust functions. The role involves direct oversight and guidance to the Junior Business Office Manager, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and consistent application of Business Office procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong New York Medicaid and skilled nursing/long-term care experience, along with expert knowledge of PointClickCare.
