Business Office Manager

This role coordinates and supervises hospital business office functions, including admitting, patient billing, cashiering, credit and collections, data entry, and PBX operations. The position is responsible for reconciling accounts receivable, ensuring compliance with insurance and third-party billing requirements, and maintaining internal controls over cash receipt functions. The incumbent also supervises staff, evaluates performance, and implements procedures to optimize revenue cycle management.
