Business Operations Analyst

The Business Operations Analyst supports Value Partnerships and the Sales organization by providing integral data and acting as a liaison between business lines. This role partners with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, produce actionable data, and ensure a consistent customer experience through CRM management and reporting. The position involves creating and analyzing reports to track performance metrics while managing contract records and supporting special projects.
