Business Operations Generalist

The Business Operations Generalist will support accounting, finance, compliance, and audit processes, building scalable systems and ensuring operational excellence for an AI safety nonprofit. The role involves day-to-day bookkeeping, managing accounts payable/receivable, supporting budgeting and cash flow reporting, and coordinating nonprofit tax filings and audits, while acting as a bridge between the operations team and broader organization.
