Business Operations Lead

The Business Operations Lead serves as an integrator across Dashiell, working directly with the President to translate strategic priorities into disciplined execution and ensure alignment with long-term transformation goals. This role drives process cohesion across all divisions, scales the organization's operating model, and supports the leadership team's operating rhythm. The position involves triaging competing requests, facilitating cross-divisional alignment, and identifying organizational gaps to improve execution. The role is based in the Houston, TX office and reports to the VP of Transformation.
