The Business Operations Manager serves as a strategic partner to divisional leadership, supporting business planning, operational performance, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. The role provides operational insights, reporting, resource planning, and business analysis that enable informed decision-making and successful execution of divisional priorities. Working across business units and corporate enabling functions, the position helps strengthen operational discipline, improve organizational performance, and support the delivery of strategic objectives. There are two (2) positions available, one supporting our Development and Asset Management (DEVAM) division and the other supporting Strategic Enterprise Services (SES) and Commercial and Technical Services (CTS).
