About this role

General Matter is seeking a Business & Operations Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of corporate and operational roles, including People Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Facilities, and Business Operations. The recruiter will partner with hiring managers, design creative sourcing strategies, manage high‑volume and specialized searches, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the company’s mission to restore U.S. nuclear fuel enrichment capabilities.

Responsibilities
