Business Partner I

The HR Business Partner I serves as the primary HR point of contact for assigned departments, managing the full employee lifecycle from workforce planning and hiring to onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding. This role partners with leadership to resolve people issues, coaches managers on policy application, and handles most employee-relations matters while escalating complex cases as needed. The position requires strong skills in talent acquisition, benefits administration, training coordination, and compliance within a tribal gaming environment.
