Business Performance Analyst

This role is positioned in the Audit Team within the Agent Performance and Relationships Division, supporting strong performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across WorkSafe’s Agents and the broader Scheme. The Business Performance Analyst combines audit expertise and workers compensation claims experience to assess Agent performance, provide well-reasoned audit outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement. Working in a connected way, the role involves building trusted relationships with Agents and internal stakeholders to support better outcomes across the Scheme.
