The Business Process Analyst works within the Global Optimization & Business Intelligence team to drive process optimization and stakeholder experience across a fast‑paced GSC environment. The role focuses on transitioning processes, creating documentation, managing service level agreements, and identifying continuous improvement and automation opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
