About this role

The Wells Application Support Analyst provides hands-on L1–L3 technical and functional support for Wells and Well Planning applications across a global portfolio. Key duties include resolving incidents, managing dashboards, applying patches, and coordinating with vendors to ensure system stability. This role requires collaborating within Agile frameworks to deliver enhancements and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for engineering applications.

Responsibilities

Resolve L1 and L2 incidents for Wells applications via ServiceNow
Support and maintain Spotfire and Power BI global dashboards
Apply patches and security updates to vended applications
Perform configuration changes and user access provisioning
Update JIRA stories and participate in Agile sprint ceremonies
