About this role

The Business Process Architect will join Siegfried's digitalization team in Zofingen, reporting to the Global Head Digitalization. The role focuses on developing and maintaining enterprise‑level process architecture, linking strategic objectives to operational execution across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, sales, R&D and other functions. The architect will lead process mapping, governance, and workshops while partnering with IT and senior leadership to drive digital transformation initiatives.
