Business Process Expert

The Business Process Expert supports the Global Business Process Owner in driving the global harmonization, standardization, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end Order to Cash process landscape. This role ensures sustainable and scalable business processes aligned with the company’s target operating model and future SAP S/4HANA architecture. The position acts as a key interface between business and IT, translating operational requirements into standardized processes and system solutions.
