The Business Process Lead supports the Transformation Program by managing PMO governance, analytics, RAID management, stakeholder communication, and Hypercare stabilization. This role ensures the successful deployment, stabilization, and continuous improvement of enterprise solutions through best practices, risk visibility, and disciplined change management. The position partners with program leadership, solution delivery teams, and business stakeholders to drive controlled execution and seamless transition to support operations.
