About this role
The Business Process & Solutions Analyst for AES Indiana will own Financial Contract Accounting (FICA) processes and lead execution of customer system changes for PIPP within the Customer Systems team. The role acts as a liaison between meter-to-cash business stakeholders, digital product owners, and strategic partners to translate business requirements into SAP/CIS functional designs, testing, and production support. The analyst will coordinate regulatory and strategic initiatives, ensure compliance with laws and tariffs, and support adoption of system changes across the utility.
