The Business Solutions Manager drives qualification, discovery, solution scoping, estimation, and proposal development for Professional Services, including Advisory, Adoption, and Service Lifecycle Management engagements. This role identifies and sells attached and non-attached service opportunities across various industries to help customers accelerate business outcomes through successful deployment and adoption of PTC solutions. Success requires close collaboration with internal teams to expand services revenue while ensuring successful customer outcomes throughout the solution lifecycle.
