Business Support Apprentice

Mears Group is offering a 15‑month fixed‑term apprenticeship in Business Administration (Level 3) based in Darlington. Apprentices will work 40 hours per week, split between office duties and college study, and will be paid above the national minimum wage with a progression of rates based on age. The role provides hands‑on experience in a commercial environment, supporting administrative tasks and customer service while working towards an industry‑recognised qualification.
