Business Support Project Manager, Milan (IT) based

The Business Support Project Manager supports Front Office teams in their day-to-day activities and contributes to the continuous improvement and transformation of operational processes. The role acts as a key point of contact between the business, support and control functions, coordinating cross-functional projects and implementing Group initiatives locally. This position facilitates day-to-day operations, supports the effective adoption of tools and processes, and translates the needs of private bankers and assistants into operational solutions aligned with the Group operating model.
