About this role

The Business System Adoption Specialist at ICON develops support materials and drives user adoption for clinical systems within the GDO and R&D teams. This role involves collaborating with Business System Owners, product managers, and stakeholders to facilitate training, manage system readiness, and ensure effective communication across cross-functional audiences. The position requires a deep understanding of clinical trial environments to enable the successful implementation and utilization of new health intelligence capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop user-facing support materials for clinical systems in alignment with business priorities.
Support Business System Owners in driving overall system user adoption strategies.
Contribute to process development, training programs, and organizational change management.
Partner with product managers to ensure accurate understanding of forthcoming system capabilities.
Act as the end-user representative to identify and resolve system challenges preventing adoption.
