The Business System Analyst - Pharmaceutical role connects the Sales organization with business and laboratory systems to transform sales and operational data into actionable reports, dashboards, and forecasts. This position acts as a liaison between sales, laboratory, business, and IT teams to gather requirements, support end users, and drive process improvements. The role ensures effective configuration, support, and adoption of digital platforms like Salesforce, CRM, LIMS, and ELN.
