Business Systems Administrator

The Business Systems Administrator at Nu-Heat is responsible for the daily administration, support and maintenance of IT business systems (including CRM/ERP platforms such as NetSuite and Q&D). Reporting to the CMS IT Business Partner and working with the Nu-Heat Finance Director and Genuit Group IS teams, the role focuses on configuring systems, improving efficiency, ensuring compliance with Group IS policies, and providing user support and training. The role also manages supplier relationships and contributes to system improvement projects under Group PMO governance.
