Business Systems Administrator

The Business Systems Administrator (Finance & HR) at DC BLOX is responsible for the day-to-day administration, control, and integrity of the company's sensitive business platforms, including Sage Intacct, Rippling, Brex, Zip, and Kahua. This role ensures that financial and people data is secure, accurate, and governed through standardized configurations, access controls, and workflows. The position acts as the operational backbone for these systems, enabling Finance and HR teams to operate efficiently while maintaining strict control standards and compliance. Success in this role involves maintaining audit-ready systems, enforcing strong segregation of duties, and translating policy and business requirements into secure, scalable system configurations.
