About this role

A Business Systems Analyst on Smartsheet’s Enterprise Systems team manages and supports NetSuite and other SaaS enterprise applications for internal users. The role focuses on implementing, improving, and maintaining NetSuite, acting as the primary internal support contact and advisor on system efficiency and integrations. It partners with Finance, Engineering, Sales, and IT stakeholders and reports to the Manager, Enterprise Systems within Corporate IT. The position is based in Costa Rica and helps scale enterprise systems and processes.
