Business Systems Analyst Lead

The Business Systems Analyst Lead provides IT and business solutions by applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementing cross-functional applications. The role involves identifying, evaluating, and configuring cost-effective systems that meet business requirements while monitoring client experiences and feedback. This position requires deep understanding of the retail banking product lifecycle and leading the discovery and documentation of comprehensive business requirements. The role also includes authoring user stories, managing product backlogs, and performing data analysis with SQL to validate data integrity and define data models for new banking features.
