Capstone Consulting
The Business Systems Analyst will partner with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to gather and document requirements, create user stories, and support testing within a Scaled Agile environment. The role spans the full software development lifecycle, translating business needs into actionable items, managing test activities, tracking defects, and ensuring high‑quality delivery while collaborating across engineering, product, UX, and business teams.
