CRAIGMORE
The Business Systems and Change Manager will lead the implementation and adoption of new systems, technology, and processes across Craigmore's horticulture operations, working with operational leaders, technology teams, and orchard and vineyard staff. The role focuses on improving efficiency, compliance, and user experience while building capability through training and support, and identifying opportunities for integration, automation, and reporting.
Craigmore Station is a 4,200-hectare farm located in the foothills of the Southern Alps in South Canterbury, New Zealand, owned by the Elworthy family since 1864. The station supports sheep, deer, and beef production, with a focus on lamb, wool, venison, and velvet antler for export. Craigmore also offers visitor experiences including pheasant shoots, game shooting, Maori rock art tours, walking tours, and accommodation.
