Business Systems Manager, CERSI Project

The Business Systems Manager provides operational oversight and coordination for the FDA-funded Center of Excellence in Regulatory Science and Innovation (CERSI) during the award closeout period. This position manages programmatic business processes, regulatory and sponsor reporting requirements, financial reconciliation activities, project tracking systems, records management, and stakeholder communications to ensure completion of all remaining cooperative agreement obligations. The role serves as the primary point of coordination among investigators, institutional administrative offices, external partners, and federal sponsors, maintaining continuity of operations and ensuring compliance with university, sponsor, and regulatory requirements throughout the project closeout and transition period.
