The Business Systems Specialist ensures stability, accessibility, and effective use of business applications such as EHR, practice management, HR, and financial systems. The role handles first‑line support, user administration, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, reporting, and serves as an escalation point for complex issues. It also supports on‑site clinics, creates documentation and training, and assists with system integration for newly acquired entities.
