The position involves setting monthly targets, analyzing performance trends, and coordinating with leadership to optimize structure for sustainable growth. Additionally, the role requires building and recruiting a balanced team of agents and leaders while providing comprehensive training, coaching, and motivation to enhance advisor capability and confidence. The incumbent will also supervise agency operations, monitor daily performance against KPIs, and organize recruitment events and team activities to foster engagement and cohesion.
