This role focuses on leading the implementation of the Agency Business Transformation model within the sales team, ensuring alignment with evolving sales strategies and driving a mindset shift toward professionalism and sustainability. The position involves setting monthly targets, analyzing performance trends, and coordinating with leadership to optimize structure for sustainable growth. Additionally, the role requires building and recruiting a balanced team of agents and leaders while providing comprehensive training, coaching, and motivation to uplift advisor capabilities. The incumbent will also supervise agency operations, monitor daily performance against KPIs, and organize recruitment events and team activities to foster engagement and cohesion.
