The position involves setting monthly targets, analyzing performance trends, and coordinating with leadership to optimize manpower and structure for sustainable growth. Additionally, the role requires recruiting and mentoring new agents and leaders while providing continuous training, coaching, and motivation to uplift advisor capabilities and team engagement. The incumbent will also supervise agency operations, monitor daily performance metrics, and organize recruitment events and team activities to maintain compliance and build cohesion.
