About this role

The Business Transformation Manager leads the Order-to-Cash (OTC) function, driving transformation initiatives and delivery excellence across Deductions, Collections, Cash Application, Credit Management, and AR analytics. This role involves enabling data-driven decision-making, establishing governance and reporting frameworks, and acting as the primary liaison for OTC tower transformation with client and internal stakeholders. The position requires strong OTC domain expertise, a transformation mindset with hands-on exposure to GenAI, Agentic AI, RPA, and AI/ML use cases, and the ability to manage teams in a dynamic, global environment.
